a communicative tool is an device platform or method used to facilitate the exchange of information between people. some of the key points of communicative tool are mentioned below:

•  technology plays a vital role in the upliftment of communicative tool . new tools and platforms are constantly emerging . driven by advancements in digital world, from social media platforms to virtual reality applications.                                                                        
• communication tools have significantly impacted how we interact with each other. they allow for instance  communication across vast distances fostering collaboration and connection on a global scale. however, they also present challenges such as overload and potential for miscommunication. 
• a communicative tool allows people to transmit and receive messages. This can be through spoken word , written texts or visual aids. 

some of the example of communicative tools are :

• email: it allows for written information over the internet. it is widely used or professional and personal correspondence making it essential for communication in today's digital world.
• video conferencing software: platforms like zoom, Microsoft teams, google meet have become increasingly popular for remote work, distance learning and staying connected with others regardless of physical location.
• social media; Platforms like Facebook, Instagram and twitter allow people to connect, share information, and communicate with each other through text messages, comments and more. social media has become a significant tool for personal and professional networking, sharing ideas and staying updated on various topics and events. 

Reflection:

today we went through communicative tool, and I realized how it plays a vital role in one's lives. in todays face paced world, communicative tools have become indispensable companions in our personal and professional lives. I learned how from traditional means like telephones to how fast it turned into modern digital platforms like messaging apps and video conferencing software, these tools serves as the tool through which we connect, collaborate and share information with others. not only that I clear got how this tools brought people closer. we are able to connect with our beloved ones who are miles away from us. communication tools have revolutionized the ways we share information. emails and instant messaging allow for quick and efficient information. new platforms and features have emerge rapidly, with this we need to adapt with the new features. however rise of virtual communication can sometimes lead to face-to-face interaction, which is crucial for building strong interpersonal relation and  also information overload cab ne real issue acting as a distractor. so communicative tool has both positive and negative side however, one must be careful and mindful while using the tool. maintaining balance 

between virtual and face-face interaction.

 After learning about communicative tool we have created a google classroom. in which I mentioned clearly about what we are going to learn , detailed plan for each week . each week consist of reading material and, assignment, quiz and video links. it was a interesting to learn about google classroom. 

Steps that includes in crating a google classroom are:

step 1: sign up the account if we don't have an account and if we have an account we can login. 

step 2: as a teacher we need to click on create class.  You'll be prompted to enter the class name, section (optional), subject, and room (optional). Click "Create" to create your class.

step 3: Once the classroom is created ,then we can customize it by adding a class description, changing the class theme, and adjusting settings such as permissions and notifications. we can also invite students to join your class by sharing the class code or sending them an invitation via email.

step 4: after creating the class, we can post assignments, quiz, reading materials and etc...
